So many parents were celebrating today as it was the first day of school! Dakota was all set with a his new clothes, new shoes, backpack full of new back to school supplies and a brown bag lunch.
PapaBear and I celebrated this day with a brunch date at Lucha Libre. He ordered a bacon wrapped TJ hot dog and a Surf & Turf burrito, and I had a Undefeated Seafood burrito. Delicious!
We took a quick trip to the AM Vets Thrift Store that's just on the other side of the freeway from Lucha Libre. There, we found two like new water polo sweatshirts for $3.00 each. One for Dakota and one for me. Score!
